Is Info available on how many orders were placed for the base AWD? I‘m curious how many 59k versus 69k‘s have been ordered.

do we know how many RWD’s were actually purchased?

I know that the reservation number sequence (last 6 digits) started at about 120,000 on Feb 19th and at the end of the 10 days with about an hour left the RN # was at around 224,000.

RN sequence includes all tesla sales plus some ancillary items like power wall ect. Anyone's guess how many were cybertruck. Maybe 10k trucks? I have not tracked the $69990 units.
If you take the average daily sales rate for the other vehicles, and look at the additional reservation number gain you can do some simple math to get a much better idea. Best guess in another thread was over 50,000.

I read estimates that range between 20-100k SAWD trucks were ordered during the "testing demand" 10-day window.

I read estimates that range between 20-50,000 SAWD trucks were ordered during the "testing demand" 10-day window.
It's between 10-30k realistically. Anything above 30k would mean S3XY and Powerwall were below their normal sales during that period. It's still a lot, but not near 50k.

I used an old reservation # from right after the reveal, and I've heard from a few others that did the same. Tesla did tell me that wont necessarily get me a truck sooner, that it has more to do with geography. I also asked if I could pick up at the Austin direct delivery center, and they said no. I finally ordered the SAWD on Monday 2-23 around 0800 est, and they are estimating an August to Oct delivery, via text message, there is nothing in my ap that indicates anything about delivery. I will convert this order to a premium if they offer zero % at any point before I get a VIN. It seems unlikely because I have been waiting since around last Oct for that to happen. I had to close on a big real estate deal that had a lot of things tied up, or I would have bought in Sept.

30K would mean they doubled their annual CT sales volume in a single 10 day period. Would be huge.

Guarantee 1 less new for the $59k total and the $69k total from our camp. 🙃

*Any speculation when are used CT price going to tank, been three years?

Need something little more durable, the current S3XY don’t like potholes.

30k units seems possible. Not all of those will actually be purchased though since some people will have things come up and not able to buy or they get a different vehicle while waiting.

No matter how many they sold in ten days still long ways from 250,000 a year.

* Not related but equally disheartening on numbers.

Remember in 2022 when Sonders took MetaCycle orders for ten days from original price of $6500 to flat $5000 with $1000 reservation, instant capital, by 2025 no bikes delivered and they filed Chapter 7 and liquidated all remaining assets when they failed to pay old bills.

It was a massive amount of orders in those 10 days. But you have to remember, a 10 day window for a $60K purchase does not fit everyone's buying window. Not everyone was waiting on the fence to buy. So had that gone on for a year, they may have hit that 250K number.

Yes it was a good opportunity for some, but many still couldn’t afford or not willing to pay the $900 monthly.
