All of this would be much more palatable if Tesla would just provide some communication and updates to prospective owners. They have failed miserably in this regard, and seem to consider themselves the 800 pound gorilla and hence they absolve themselves of any responsibility with regards to service.
Iāve been a loyal Tesla owner since 2012, but with other EVās catching up they have some competition. I would hope this spurs them to improve their communication and service, but it seems like cars are no longer their focus. Sorry for the diatribe, I just needed to vent a little.
