All of this would be much more palatable if Tesla would just provide some communication and updates to prospective owners. They have failed miserably in this regard, and seem to consider themselves the 800 pound gorilla and hence they absolve themselves of any responsibility with regards to service.

I’ve been a loyal Tesla owner since 2012, but with other EVā€˜s catching up they have some competition. I would hope this spurs them to improve their communication and service, but it seems like cars are no longer their focus. Sorry for the diatribe, I just needed to vent a little. Thanks everyone for listening!

Agreed. I don't care what the problem is, just tells us what's going on, next steps, and a rough timeline.
Pushing all deliveries out 6 months and radio silence is just fun.

Went into Service Center the parts for repair is delayed and they just have a hope for June.
Repair what ? Why can’t the users be made aware and informed about the exact situation by Tesla ? There’s more to it definitely

similar boat. I am also in Pennsylvania, ordered my premium all-wheel-drive cybertruck March 3, and mine has said ā€œin productionā€œ for over a month. I do have a vin, 94XXX, but can’t seem to find any more information about it. Not sure if in production means it’s in containment hold like others have talked about, or something else. A bit infuriating as when ordered it, it said four week delivery to PA. And it sounds like others, with VIN range 95XXX, have been receiving theirs.

grrr.
Same 94k vin, ordered 3/28. Still waiting and showing in production only. SC told me the truck is still at the factory not being released yet
