I really thought I would get mine July-Aug.
I planned to sell my Rivian by then.
About a week, and I got mine.

im in Austin, and noticed a lot of CT being transferred on car haulers.

I asked about the issues with deliveries.
he said it’s a known issue that was corrected at the factory for new builds, but the ones that were already built and VIN assigned are getting repaired, he confirmed the fixes were done with mine.
no update with those waiting.

> 5/6 truck arrived.
> 5/7 delivery day
> 5/7 postponed
> 5/22 got a call they're replacing the entire battery pack. Part is 2 week lead time and 8 hours labor.
> 5/29 confirmed part due 6/2 should be done and ready for delivery 6/5
> 6/2 confirmed part arrival
> 6/5 service team is very busy but confirmed the work will be done by end of week 6/12 😂

What an absolute clown show. I love canceling my PPF appointment every week. Those people LOVE me at this point. I threatened to cancel if it is not done by 6/12 and demanded credit for 5 weeks lost trade in value. I was told the manager will talk to me about on delivery day. 🙄

Threatening and demanding doesn't work well at Tesla or most things for that matter. I bet if you get something free for six months you will be happy. Yet the employee probably thinks you are a tool. Yet someone like you probably doesn't care.

I ordered a SAWD got pickup yesterday 6/6 went to dealer and wasn’t able to drive off with it. He claimed it was the first delivery of the 59k and needed a software/firmware update, but the app would not let me affirm (step 9). Supposed to get contacted Monday or so to see if it’s ready. My Vin is a 95xxx.

Yes, I would be happy with something for 6 months for free. No - I do not really care what a Tesla employee thinks of me. I went there on 4 test drives and I got along with them all great. Their communication sucks - I care less about the wait than the lack of communication. But yes, I am a tool because I'm sharing information with people in this thread.

Nope just a tool for the way you act demanding and threatening to Tesla employees. Sharing is cool. Acting like a 2 year old not so much.
