1. Hit on 5/1/26, fractured giga casting in non-repair zone
2. Finally towed to repair center in alaska 5/9/26
3. 6/12/26 Got word after posting this truck is headed to washington for repair

Sorry to hear that. They actually got mine back to me after a week and replaced my PCS, projected repair was a month. I was actually hoping they would take a bit more time as I was enjoying the beast loaner they gave me

May 1st I was hit by a Toyota Camry changing lanes abruptly it hit my passenger tire so hard it broke the giga casting frame no other damage besides windshield and some very minor cosmetic steel. It was the perfect tko mechanically, no errors no electrical issues all structural integrity

I recall seeing your thread and video I think, good thing you are all ok.

So is it mostly that you are in alaska, or is it something to do with that particular parts availability?

Bullshit, pcs repair is one day.

No-one said it takes too long to repair, getting the parts is the issue.

Alaska logistics. Now it’s being sent to Washington state near Seattle, allegedly. The way this is going I won’t believe it’s occurred lol

it was getting a shop that understood the procedure and was able to make it happen, shipping to Alaska is not terrible we are not on the moon lol. But logistically it would have taken longer to get them than Seattle

literally had a failure two days ago, lucky enough I had an appointment booked for a off road light bar. The service department didn’t even know I had a pcs failure until the they went through the service order the day I brought the truck in. Got my Cybertruck back the next day with the issue resolved.

Last night as we navigated to my great nephews baseball game my wife tells me we are navigating without "Connectivity". I wonder if this has anything to do with the PCS failure? I am scheduled to go in on the 26th for PCS replacement. I am going to add this to the list.

that has to do with internet I believe, perhaps you entered a dead zone or somehow lost connection, don’t believe it has anything to do with your pcs
