Maybe but not sure. I don't have the edit button on app/browser and definitely checked last night and just now the next day again. I am a RN11309#### and ordered on 4/26/24, so not too long ago. My SC I talked with yesterday said could have a VIN towards end of May, and delivery shortly after, even ETA in May potentially also. I'm taking delivery in Austin, TX as well.

Perhaps it could be right, but by soon, maybe that means within 30 days? If sooner I'm good with that of course also! Selling my old SUV now so will be in a rental soon until delivery (ug).

Your RN later than mine and I have EDIT option ..... But ... the biggest BUT .... you are in Austin ... trucks are manufactured in your backyard .... so that can be the main thing ...

Yep no rhyme to reason here, we can only speculate around this whole who can edit and who can't edit new data point (or fiasco). Odd for sure.

Someone on reddit claimed they spoke to customer service this morning, and:

I am unable to edit the trim in my app. According to CS it's because they have begun construction of my truck. I don't have a VIN yet and apparently it wasn't to the point where it's too late to switch the trim. They changed it in my build and added a note to the order.

No idea if it's true - but, if so, congrats to all the folks currently without the edit button!

I am sure knowing Tesla they will start delivering the new wheel covers on new truck deliveries before getting them to the people that already have owned the truck for 3 or 4 months.

I think I’ll just buy the five trim pieces and swap once I get my CT.

Certainly a preference thing, but I love how the white interior further makes the thing feel like a spaceship. It is stunning in person and appears that it will actually be easily cleaned up if it gets a little scuff here or there.

My wife's 2020 MYLR is white interior, while my 2020 MYLR is black interior.

Granted her interior includes white seats, but it feels like a completely different car than mine, haha!! Like you said, very futuristic.

And the seats/trim/dash look as-new almost four years later.

If I had this choice, I would have certainly taken the grey option. But I love the white look now and am glad I didn't have that choice I have had my dog put dirty paws on it but have been able to clean the smudges easily with ONR. I have used that on dash, seats, all interior and it cleans so easily.

Yes I thinks that’s the new design.

I much prefer the original covers, but if they don't work...

Also, at delivery this past weekend the guy at the service center told me the new ones would be made out of rubber. Not sure where he would get that info, but if they are it will be super easy to just spray the entire wheel/cover down with tire shine and have them look great!

Just another date point. Configured AWD on 3/12 from FL. no VIN and still have edit button.

I'm tempted by both options but am staying put. I think the A/T tires are aesthetically much more appealing but am tempted by the additional range on the A/S tires. Do we know whether the wheels are the same yet? I can go either way on the interior but I've convinced myself white will standout a bit more and maybe even cooler here in FL.

Foundation Series Cybertruck just got 2 new options:

• Tactical Grey Interior
• New 20" Core wheel design and aero cover.

The tire with the Core wheel features a different tread compound and tread design that provides improved range (up to 340 miles for Cybertruck AWD; up to 320 miles for Cyberbeast) while providing efficiency and comfort on the road in any weather condition.

Note: Current Foundation Series order holders can edit their orders to pick either of these new options!

I just changed my configuration to the tactical gray interior and 20 inch core wheel design this morning. I also received my Vin number this morning for the original configuration. However, I was able to change it to the new configuration by contacting my local service center. I received my confirmation of the updated configuration. Of course my Vin number I received this morning disappeared :-(
Haven’t heard yet when the new configuration will start shipping.

I will happily trade someone my white trim for the grey if/when you take delivery. I will pop this crap off, ship it to you and pay for your shipping back even. I was already poking around on my truck trying to see how hard it is to reupholster like Tsportline did on that customers. Would be easier to just replace panels entirely
