"Guys" is often used as a gender neutral term, at least here in Texas, and I trust it was intended that way by the poster you tried to shame. Many must not understand copyright laws. TSportline has to sell either their own logo, or an actual center cap from Tesla.
TSportline can't use other Tesla owned logos to create whatever they want.
So not a big miss. Just a miss by the uninformed. Pretty sure some ladies work at TSportline as well.
Additionally, based on your asserted advanced understanding of "copyright laws," please reconcile your legal opinion with the 3 options with Tesla-branded word/images on the center cap/lug nut option. Even if you were right--and you're not, it's a trademark--an unbranded option for the hub set would be great.
FYI, here's Tesla's Cybertruck wordmark registration as found on the United States Patent and Trademark Office's website, which is specific to International Class 12 ("Land vehicles; electric vehicles, namely, automobiles and trucks; trucks; pick-up trucks; automobiles; and structural parts therefor"). Registration just granted in January. (It's a multi-year process.)
