That looks exactly like an expandable breaker bar that I have been using for over a decade! It really works well.

I imagine this can be primarily valuable to have where Tesla Road service is least likely. But then again, I’ve never had to contact them yet

It's pricy but a full size spare is worth it's weight in gold if you're taking the Cybertruck off-road or anywhere outside of the city for that matter. There's a reason why most off-road vehicles come with a full size spare.

You can also do a 5 wheel rotation with the spare and go an extra 20% longer without having to replace your tires.

Sadly, it is a good deal for the whole package.
Basically, you get the tire change kit for free.
A OEM rim is generally about $600 alone. (Or, it used to be.)
