Is anyone having audio issues? The dash speakers were the only speakers that worked when I took delivery. The problem randomly resolved itself one day after the truck slept overnight. A handful of days later the same thing happened in reverse, where the audio quit working again overnight. I'm on the latest software version (set to Advanced updates) and have a service appointment coming up, but figured I would see if anyone else had a similar issue and what the resolution was.

I have an audio problem with my Cybertruck too. It sounds so good, I want to drive somewhere just to listen to music!

Hopefully Tesla Service can fix your problem, it should be no charge. I'm pretty sure they won't fix mine!

I had the exact same issue when I tried taking delivery yesterday. Any updates on your end?

Still only have the speakers in the dash working. I don't have much hope until the service center appointment on the 30th.

I dont think there will be any hope while it is there either lol. They have no idea what to do and werent even aware that this is an issue for a bunch of people. A quick google search shows you this is happening to others and they have had the exact same issues with model 3 since 2019. Yet Tesla claims they have never heard of such an issue.

They are currently waiting for a new firmware update to be sent by Tesla and unfortunately my service tech decided to take a personal day today and I had to actually suggest to them that perhaps another tech works on it today...

Ugh that's what I was afraid of. I swear every once in a while I hear a pop, that I think is coming from one or more of the non-functioning speakers. I've heard nothing but horror stories about Tesla Service.

Are there any alerts on the ui ? Try a mid voltage shut down. Hard reset.

**UPDATE** Tesla service "supposedly" confirmed that its a bad Body Control Module. Issue is trying to find parts. So they are trying to source one. Basically what they do when one needs parts, is they steal the part out of a CT whose VIN has not been assigned to someone yet. So they are working on that and whenever they get the part, they will put it in and see if it solves the problem.

Thanks for the update! I hope it resolves your issue so I can tell my service center where to look!

It’s called the VC left. It’s on the firewall driver side behind break pedal. About 30 mins to replace and another 30 worth of programming. It’s one of 3 mid voltage controllers.

About a month ago the service center unplugged the mid voltage connector under the frunk and plugged it back in. Of course, that resolved the audio issue until yesterday when it returned. The service center had ordered a new VC but didn't swap any hardware after the MV reset resolved it. I guess we'll see if they replace it this time around.
