Not sure either way, but my Beast has had numerous problems, I just got it back, and it will be going back again. Problems are below fixed and not fixed:

Defective drivers seat (got replaced)
Defective steering column (got replaced)
Defective steering wheel (got replaced)
Numerous rattles from headliner, back portion of center console, and center control panel (most got fixed, still have some rattles)
Thunderous noise (not an artificial noise) coming from what I believe is the air bag tank (needs to go back)
Windows the rollers were leaving streaks up all the windows (got fixed)
Suspension bottoming out noise (going back)
High pitched gearbox noise (still and issue, they know it's an issue, and said potentially they will have a firmware update to fix it).
Edges of doors were razor sharp (got corrected)

My panel gaps actually are ok despite others having issues with that.
Very similar experience for me. (Cyberbeast VIN 4900).
Air Conditioning replaced and numerous rattles in the seat, center column, and rear seat (this one particularly drives me crazy).

On the suspension bottoming out, can you further explain? I sometime hear a loud bang when the road is degraded coming from the back right wheel.

Besides this, don’t get me wrong I absolutely love the car and would buy it again with no hesitation.
