Went to the grand opening of Teslas service center in Sarasota, FL last Saturday, May 25th to check out the truck.
I stand 6’6 and the biggest concern I had was the spacing in the back seats while I am driving.
There was a couple sitting in the front seats while I sat in the back and I had the woman put her driver seat all the way back and I couldn’t believe it but my legs were not touching the front seat at all. This was definitely the confirmation I needed to buy the truck. I hate always driving our Model 3 and no can ever sit behind me. I did sit in the front seat and lowered it all the way down and then got in the back of the truck and my legs were touching then but I’ll adjust accordingly. The head room in the back was very close. If I tried to really sit up straight and over exaggerate then I can get my head to hit the glass but I will be driving most of the time so not too worried about it.
If you are near Sarasota then definitely go check it all out. Up in Tampa they make you stand in line and you can only sit in the front seat. They won’t even open the other doors.
