Hi All. I’m new here. I’ve had my CT for about 7 weeks. Unfortunately I’m already having a problem with a nearby service center and I need to push my complaint “up the chain”. The service center is no longer responding to my messages.
Does anyone know of a phone number, or preferably, an email address, to contact for additional support? These service centers must have something akin to a regional supervisor, or even something beyond this within the Tesla Corporation. So far, I’ve been unsuccessful in finding this information via traditional online search methods.
Any information would be much appreciated!
