My truck arrived this week like Tuesday but I was schedule to attend the shareholder meeting. So I scheduled delivery for today. All week I’ve been in touch with the delivery rep. I could have picked it up any day without a problem but now with just 12 hours before I was supposed to get it they send me a chicken shit text telling me delivery has been moved to 6/20. No phone call or concern of any kind to call me and no explanations or color. Pretty shitty. My rep now is very brief on text with little details. It’s literally sitting on their lot locally and they won’t let me take delivery. What’s worse is I could have taken it any other day this week no problem. Pretty shitty way to treat a long term shareholder who voted for the pay package and move to Texas. Owner of three vehicles. Several thousand shares of stock owned. They really need to be better with communication to their customers this is just crap.

CT deliveries were put on hold yesterday for "a windshield wiper component revision/repair."

Agree communication with you sucked though.

Thanks for the information. How hard would it be for them to share this with their customers? Truly. When I bought my S in 2016 they were amazing at customer communication and care. That’s changed dramatically and I get it. They’re growing so fast. But clearly it’s become more than that and with slowing EV demand they can and should be trying harder to at least pretend to care. This was a real deflation.

I'd be more upset with the loss in value of your shares over the last couple of years since Elon decided to liquidate so much Tesla stock to purchase Twitter.

Not to mention spending so much time dealing with the company (and tweeting) while he put Tesla on the back burner. I'm sure your truck will work out in the end, but ultimately, the company needs a better CEO, not one that tweets all day, barely works and wants more money. A CEO that will focus solely on improving Tesla's customer service, build quality, and growth. That doesn't seem to be something Elon cares about.

Nah. My feeling is that’s low hanging fruit. It’s too easy to be negative on Elon. He’s done so much for humanity and accomplished the impossible. Over and over. The cost of my shares is $1.23. I’m an investor. I invest I don’t trade or gamble. Five years from now the haters will still be hating as the stock trades 5x from here (my guess of course and a conservative one at that). If the administration didn’t target him for exposing their lies and Twitter suppression he wouldn’t have such tough sledding. It is a matter of time. Not if but when and any experienced traders investor sees this. But I do agree that he could benefit shareholders by not feeling like he has to comment on every controversial thing possible. Should act more Obama and less Biden/Trump.

An unforeseen issue occurred. They are currently researching and determining the impact. This is still in ramp up period and some issues are to be expected.

Thank you yeah I was able to find out what’s going on through community. Thanks for responding though. Tesla could save itself some aggravation for its employees if they allowed them to provide detail. Truth gets out regardless so suppressing the why only puts its people to fave upset customers. Totally acceptable and expected for there to be issues like this so early in the game. They just can do better communicating through transparency. My personal anger/frustration quickly changed to gratitude that they were able to find an issue to fix before putting me in harms way. Initial reactions are organic and tough to control. Can’t wait to take it home!

The truth really isn't known yet. There's a lot of conjecture about what some employees have said.

What have you heard? I’ve heard wiper motor issue and I’ve heard a blade issue.

The truck ain't coming faster. We would like it for ya, but sometimes it happens. You have been around the block, long time something or nother. Love it or leave it. That's how it goes, both life and cars.
