Ordered some cabinet door handles on Amazon in order to have something to grab onto the door to close them without touching the outside.
it works very well!

That’s not a bad idea. They stay on ok? And don’t interfere in any way with door operations?

Although I can see doing this for my drivers door, I would have serious concern doing it for my kids or even my wife's door. Time it wrong and it could catch your hand. IMO, def don't do it for rear doors unless you personally are closing those doors
lol yeah I can 100% see my wife losing a few digits closing the door with this.

Wont people still put their thumbs on the outside when using these door handles? When you are inside you can just use the handle on the door card.

I just had a horror movie scene play out in my head of finger nails being ripped off because of the leverage being put on the tips of the fingers.

Damn. I was really hoping that it would. I love that feature on the Model X. I don't even have to touch the door to open or close.

I have these on my truck. They work ok. The only people who have to worry about closing the door on their fingers are the same people who would close the trunk with their fingers in the way ?‍♂
