I configured on April 27th and changed to tactical grey interior on May 7th. Estimate was Oct-Dec. Kind of surprised it happened so quickly, currently working on insurance and final payment...lets see how long delivery takes. I also did the survey for the Powershare installation but haven't heard back.

My delivery center is in Cypress, Texas. I thought we needed to make final payment before we're able to schedule delivery

I changed my 3/21 FS AWD order to grey (w/ AT Tires) when it was announced on May 7. I didn't have a VIN before changing and still don't have a VIN yet.

I'll be following along here and best of luck to everyone waiting! First person to get one, please post lots of pictures!

I just got delivery date for this Sunday...I am going to bring a cashier's check, I do not want to go through Plaid. On the cashier's check do I put the VIN number and pay to Tesla Inc?

absolutely not. You can bring a certified check to your delivery appt or link your account to Plaid and don't transfer funds until you are at your appt and view your truck.
