Yeah, for me that just leads to the inbox. No mechanism that I can see to create a message, and nothing to reply to.

Ah yes, I had the same issue until Tesla sent the first message in the chat. Then I was able to reply and ask questions…..

Ok, thank you. That's what I figured was going on. (I've done everything in the app except make payment and set pickup date, so I guess no need to remind me of anything yet).
