You should get an email from Tesla with your voucher or contact Tesla via app.

I’ve done 2 PowerShare surveys stating I’m not eligible and nothing. I’ve called Tesla and customer service said wait for a email…………? from my research there is no direct path to getting the voucher. If you find something else out let me know!

bonus: do we get the voucher and free supercharging or is it one or the other?

When you say contact Tesla via the app what do you mean? The only why I know to contact is to open a service ticket with an appointment.
