Portrait video for literal landscapes is a new level of awful.
This looks like an FPV flight; it's a little more jumpy than most camera drones, but also could have been sped up. I've done some follow-me videos off road with a DJI Mini 4 Pro. This is a super-simple one that just shows the the auto tracking goes with no editing.

LOL, extremely unlikely. There are so many idiots doing so much worse.
The entire flight starts from being illegal due to lack of proper lighting. Of course, all of the regs that were broken are useless and unrelated to safety, which is the entire state of drone regulation right now.

Working on part 107, for no really super-specific reason. And put off by dealing with the stupidity of the FAA.
A few years ago I got into a pissup with a local small airport owner and a team of FAA lawyers. That was fun. Actually, in all seriousness it really was (and I won). But it was also indicative of how clueless and stupid the regs were and continue to be.
