The problem is that I HAVE driven other trucks for a very long time. This one is not like those.

Well, neither of those is any trouble all. The problem is parallel parking in tight urban spaces. With the Cybertruck I've lost that mastery. It's not yet helping. ?

Welp....it is Friday and I have not gotten any updates yet. I parked close the house to make sure I get a fast update but I am still waiting.
Has anyone gotten the update or notice of update?

My point is that there is no major update coming our way, today...Now Chuck got the Parking Assist, better camera views, but we normal folks won't be seeing that for a while.

Unless something gets flagged, the releases usually go wide shortly after the influencers, so we could still get the parking assist update this week. It looks like they just ported the HW4 car stack to the CT. From Chuck's video it appears the vision stack is just like human's, way too short on the front pull-ins. They really need to recalibrate it for the CT or pull in the front camera video to the NN. I'll still be using the front camera when I park. I miss my Model S ultrasonics.

Will be interesting to see if park assist improves with the FSD release. Although I believe we may still see FSD in the next month, I got a feeling it is going to be pretty wonky until they get it fully ported to HW4, which is probably months away as in next year. Truth is CT is still not getting the attention that the rest of the fleet does.

Not playing this game with Tesla. It comes when it comes and my app does work and will notify me .
