Mine downloaded last night to 26.11
tested it out and agree with the front distances being WAAAAAY off. Pulled into my garage and it was giving me the STOP message and tone about 3ft from the end of the wall with a solid red line for what it thought was an invisible wall. Reversing in was perfect.
This morning getting to the office, I Really liked the parking line visualization as that was spot on. very cool.
Overall..... I am happy to see progress and get something new. not what I was expecting at this point... but that's what OTA updates are for going forward.... it will improve

Don't hold your breath, 2024.26.20 rolling out this morning, no change for CT:

Slow roll out. EM must have sent most of Tesla’s computers over to X so more people will pay for a subscription to make silly pictures with grok.

So, it can't tell where its front end is any better than I can. ? ? ?

Parking would be easy of you could trust the lines on the display, but you CAN NOT.
I find them helpful. I suppose it matters a great deal what you mean by 'trust'. I never take them to the limit w/o verification from my shotgun assistant. I did the same with my Model Y with sensors; trust but verify. If you just want to trust w/o verify there might not be any car that fits the bill.

People have been talking about 2024.26.11 for well over a week and I haven't seen a notice to upgrade yet.

It has not been well over a week as it was only distributed to .01% of the fleet as of yesterday. This morning it had marched its way up to .1 %. Check the graphs above as I have been giving a daily update.

I've never had a problem with the accuracy of the lines on my Model S display. The Cybertruck ones are just wrong. If you have to have a copilot to guide you that's a pretty serious parking problem. ?

Updated to 2024.26.11 a few hours ago. I was out driving and when I pulled into the parking lot at Harbor Freight and put the CT in Park the splash screen of an available update popped up on the screen. I triggered the update as soon as I got home.

Am definitely curious about the new Park Assist feature. But as someone who thinks the CT is pretty easy to park as it is, I'm not sure there's a whole lot in it for me.

I'm sure the rollout of 2024.26.11 will pick up in no time.

(This same afternoon my 2022 Model 3 updated to 2024.26.7... the release my CT just moved off of).

I agree the front stop is way off, but the rest seems to work well.

Compared to my Ford Raptor, the Beast is a dream to park. It's even easier to get into the supercharger spots than my X.

So I actually find it to be a bit dangerous. The truck is long. letting three feet hang out the back of a parking lot stall because you stopped when it said "STOP" seems iffy at best. I haul all the time with the truck. I have a rental yard. The gloopy animations of mailboxes and and light poles is painful to use. It like you are parking in a abstract painting. It also is not cool that you can completely hit a curb and the machine will never warn you.

It will improve. It’s kinda confusing to me at this point. I like the fact that something is beeping in advance.

I am thankful to be one of the few that has received this update, like Jimny, any alerts are welcome and the cushion of space in the front is just fine. In the end, it is the driver's responsibility to ensure the proper position of the vehicle in the parking space. See the screenshot, below, this is as of this morning and the testing has NOT been sent out to the entire fleet...we are the Beta Testers.
