In my ~5 year wait I pondered canceling my order and going with an X Plaid...
I mean, come on, IT IS a sick ride.
Well, I just actually took possession of an X Plaid loaner and I AM SO glad I didn't cancel my Beast. Just parking alone is a lot more cumbersome, I miss my steer by wire! I didn't miss having to crank the steering wheel for turning/parking. The four wheel steering and steer by wire are a diabolical duo. I definitely have enjoyed the acceleration... until 85 mph, which is when the software governor kicks in, but again... it's not a Cyberbeast.
It's almost ironic that the biggest vehicle I have ever owned is also the easiest and most fun to drive.
I say all this bc if you ARE getting impatient, have thought about canceling... I PROMISE, you will regret that decision. Be patient, and you will have the best vehicle you have ever owned.
