Ordered. The tires aren’t snow dedicated, but the softer compound and better siping will still be a step up compared to the AT stock tires for winter duty.

But either way, they’re a cheap set of rims/ tpms and tires. The best other option is a dedicated 275 width snow tire on the TSportline steel rims with aftermarket TPMS sensors for $3100 shipped and after taxes.

I agree. I'm going to try them out (already ordered), if they are not good enough on ice I'll get some real winter tires and use these for off-roading. I need another set of rims for winter regardless, and Tesla rims are generally practical, strong and reasonably light. They don't cheap out on the quality of their wheels.

And that was a quick and painless way to use my $2500 Tesla Shop voucher.

wish I could use my referral credits, then I'd get them! :-(. as is I'm going to end up with 30k credits worth of t-shirts, since there's nothing CT related available.

Use your referral credits for Supercharging. Beats paying real $$ for it.

Out of Spec said the AT stock tires were awful in the snow, I've been nervous about them since I ordered the vehicle. I feel like these should be good, not great, tires in the snow. But that will be a big step up from awful and the price is $1,000 less than I expected.

Cybertruck 20" Cyber Wheel and Winter Tire Package (tesla.com)

Interesting, it seems as if you have to order them in the app, not through the web store.

Tesla winter tires often sell out fast.

Cybertruck 20" Cyber Wheel and Winter Tire Package
$3,000

Purchase in the Tesla App

Cybertruck Cyber Wheel and Winter Tire Package provides improved traction, stability and braking efficiency in conditions under 45°F. This package is Three Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMSF) rated for areas that require winter tires and offers all-terrain capability for an improved off-road experience and improved toughness.

Includes:

  • 4x Cyber Wheels
  • 4x 285/65R20 Goodyear DuraTrac Tires
  • 4x BLE tire pressure sensors and nuts
There goes my voucher! I really like the cyber wheels and even though I want to put on some K02/03s I can still do that later, have spare wheels and I’m only out of pocket 500 bucks! Plus I can worry less about getting stuck in the mountains this winter!! ? Super super excited! ?

One quick note, it seems these tires are rated for 112mph max speed. Beast drivers will need to remember that if they are doing a switch.

Not bad! Duratracs were better than KO2s on my 4x4 Ram in rain mud and snow, but took a bit of a MPG hit. Can someone report wh/mi results with these winter tires? Curious how much range hit vs the stock ATs.
