If only Tesla’s assembly tolerances were up to Lexus and Porsche standards. But then forum members would have nothing to whine about?

Make a video or explain how to adjust the frunk. Mine is lower on one side and perfect on the other and it seems like it would be an easy adjustment but the SC refused to do it and when I spoke directly to the tech he said that if they fixed one side then the other side would be off.
I second this request. The rear of my frunk lid needs to be raised a quarter inch. The front edge is fine though.

Im no making a video but the steps are easy. Just follow the instructions in the tech write up. Once you remove the frunk floor area, you’ll see the latch assemble that is held by two bolts. Loosen the two bolts and and adjust the position of the latch assembly. Open and close the frunk each time you adjust the latch until you are satisfied.

Is the latch the only adjustment point? How do you level the left and right, front and back sides of the frunk?

no the latch is not the only adjustment point. There are also 4 twist cap bump stops that you can adjust.

How do you adjust those, they pull out and push back in without any resistance.

He's not wrong. The frunk is a solid piece. If you raise one side the adjacent side will also rise and the opposite end will lower.
