Correction: the truck wasn’t in trailer mode though it detected a trailer as indicated by the yellow trailer icon on the screen. When I put it in trailer mode, FSD can no longer be engaged

The phantom truck, car, tractor trailer when I'm towing is beyond annoying.. Come on, you know I'm towing so stop displaying a car sitting on top of me.

Towing while in FSD being unsafe? That is absolutely rubbish. All you have to do is build the profile into the system limit the turning radius. It should be allowed for highway usage. Or like I requested all along, I just want lane keeping. I would be perfectly happy with that. FSD while not towing and keeping while Towing.​

I agree. Lane keeping would be great while towing long distances. I was curious if FSD would work but not really expecting Tesla would allow it. Makes sense because how would it know if you’re pulling a 10’ box U-Haul trailer or an Airstream when turning or changing lanes.

Towing with FSD works now with 14.2. It seems to be more naggy but works just fine.
