Yes. There's no guarantee they're honest, no way to get your money back if they're not, and if Tesla catches you, they'll block your account.

Is the range the same for the awd non fs (318/340 mi)?

im seeing 325 mi on the screenshot. I can’t personally order non fs yet but should be soon. A different range doesnt make sense unless the battery or something else changed from fs.

The FD version comes with the AT tires where as the non-FS comes standard with all season tires so it should get better range at the cost of being less grippy off road.

You will have to have no add ins other than FSD if you want to stay under the required $80k limit for the rebate once they get that straightened out

It comes with cheaper wheels/tires. If you upgrade to the 35s on the FS, you lose the tax credit.
