Stuck on "provide registration details" for non-fs

Hi,

I got the email to configure non-foundation series. Everything is going smooth until I am directed to the app to complete tasks. The very first task for providing registration details such as; Uploading drivers license, taking a selfie, entering SSN. All gets submitted without any errors, but I am unable to click and complete any other task. Everything else seems to be greyed out, except the same "provide registration details". If I go back into this task, it is the same.. it shows my uploaded Drivers license and info.

Weird.... for what it's worth. I am out of the country right now and really don't want to return until the truck is available for delivery (lol).

Anyone else come across this?

I found a fix!


MY UPDATE: Called Tesla and spoke to an advisor this morning. It was my 3rd call attempt between 8:45-9:30AM. They basically did something on the backend, and now I am able to proceed with the tasks. The gentleman did mention that this glitch does occur from time to time.

Now I’ve progressed through all the tasks, but sitting idle at scheduling delivery!
