Is the appropriate amount $0 for you? At what point will one bite? Really if Tesla delivers on original pricing no one will care about how ugly it is. They will put every truck manufacturer out of business. So buck up buttercup and pick a price.

Let's be honest, you just want the price to be. Whatever is good for you. The comments about demand and all this other stuff is let's be honest. Let's get the price down for me and that's what it is.
It’s so true ? nailed it!

Nope, and that's why I'm backing out. I was a very early reservation holder and waited till Non-Foundation prices came out and not paying $85k+ for a dual motor! Went and got me a new Chevy. Turned in my 2021 Chevy lease and got a 2024. I wouldn't pay any more than $69k for a dual motor. And on top of it insurance companies dropping them. For the Similar price I can get a Silverado loaded with a folding mid gate and more range.
Yet you are still hanging out in a CT owner club web site instead of with your Chevy club owners. Things that make ya go hmmmm

It's where the foundation graphic was on the dash.
Nice. That was my best guess of where it would go. Although, putting it in beast mode and pinning it is better than any cabin graphic!

FSD hardware comes with all Cybertrucks. Those who paid up front just prepaid for the subscription to use it. Not sure why that comes up so many times as if it’s some kind of deal. That makes the comment, “I’d never buy a CT without FSD” irrelevant. It’s actually a terrible deal on the FS dual motor. Once CT becomes tax credit eligible, the savings would cover FSD. So technically that FSD on FS Dual Motor version cost double plus opportunity cost of tying up that money by buying it up front.

Tesla spoke about ramping production to 2500 units per week by the end of Q4.

I question whether the Cybertruck will have consumer demand at the current $80k + premium price point.
If 2,500 units per week seems unrealistic, just consider that Elon actually foresees 5,000 to 10,000 units per week (or about 250,000 to 500,000 units per year) at full ramp.

That getting the foundation series beast with $4k PowerShare Credit, $1.8k PowerShare equipment, light bar, AT wheels, FSD, Lifetime Premium connectivity, accessories and early delivery was a great value?
And getting the AWD FS only cost maybe 4k more? Maybe less when you include the 2500 credit.?

Very interesting that you do not need a preorder/reservation to place the order and configure. Wonder if they’ll prioritize orders that had reservations this whole time.

Sweet. Ordered 10/4 and still no VIN. Day one hour one res here and some Joe gonna get delivery before I get a VIN.
Really hoping that isn’t the case! I placed my reservation 11/25/19… ordered on 10/12/24. Still waiting for my VIN too.
Same here. If people who order now end up getting theirs before me, I’ll be really disappointed in Tesla

They have to build more lines to achieve those numbers and they need the demand to do that.

They are averaging almost 1,100 per week right now, but had a peak of 1,400.

I really doubt that will be the case. This is probably WHY they did the massive RN invite wave before going public order. People need to chill…
