Wheres Summons or Smart summon

I remember there was going to be a summon feature in the cybertruck but I can't find it.
what happen to that?
I did find this in the manual under connectivity/mobile app

Summon
You can park or retrieve Cybertruck using Summon (see ) or Smart Summon (see ).

but searching for summon or smart summon turns up empty.
anyone have any info on this?
is this a feature you would like to have or don't care for it.

I don't know, but i can't imagine the CT goes without summon for too long now that other vehicles have it. We should have FSD v13 by end of month per Tesla, so maybe it will arrive with that.

There must be a limit to how far away you can be to summons the truck.
Can it only drive unsupervised on private property like your driveway?
or will you be able to summon your truck through public roads from anywhere?

Non public roads only. There are some videos on YouTube of smart summon on model y and model 3.

On our x you can summon through an occupied parking lot. When you pull it up you have to be within a certain range to use it. I’d say maybe 0.2 miles in every direction from the car?
anyone know the actual radius of the blue circle?

Who knows at this point. Probably after Robotaxi stuff gets ironed out and runs for a while. Also waiting on other features for powershare/powerwall integration, etc.

Tesla is a "rich" company but sure seems like they lack consistency in meeting deadlines always.

All the car models have ASS (actual smart summon) but the cybertruck does not yet. I played with it on a loaner model X recently when my CT was in service.

It’s for private areas like parking lots. Not sure if a private road would register, I never tried it. I got ASS (what OP is wondering when CT will get) in my model 3 shortly before I sold it in November, and only played with it once or twice.

still feels way to weird to summon a vehicle in a parking lot, think I’d only use it in a down pour personally. Or a party trick.
