I don't know that we will see a S/X refresh anytime soon, if ever. They are just such low selling vehicles. Elon said they are keeping them for sentimental reasons. They have the highest cost to make and sell the least amount. There are Model 3/Y variants that will likely take over those segments (larger sedan and SUV/minivan).
Time will tell for sure. But the good thing about a high priced, low volume, vehicle is that it's a fantastic testbed for new features - like the yoke which didn't go great as it was but informed the need for click buttons on the wheel with a center horn which you see on the refreshed Model 3 and Cybertruck. Also not having a top part of the yoke informed the design of the squircle for Cybertruck, which is far more functional. Air suspension, BTW, also debuted on the S/X platform.

The newer seat materials and ventilated seats for all, along with the rear screen, made their debut on the S/X before making it to the refreshed 3, Cybertruck and eventually the impending Y refresh.

A few things didn't make it through such as the wireless chargers in the rear armrest in the Model S which I really liked. The three-motor powertain for the Plaid, however, did make it through for the Cyberbeast.

As a result, I'm bullish on S/X staying as part of the lineup and due to their higher price points being a great testbed for new features/tech while production volumes are limited thereby limiting risks to the portfolio. If wireless charging wiring is already in CT, as it's rumored to be absent the charging pad, then I suspect this will also find its way to the next-gen S/X. Not so sure on those SpaceX cold air thrusters though, maybe those will only debut on the Roadster!

Looks like whatever was available is now gone...didn't take long
As of right now, the Tesla inventory website is still offering Foundation Series Cybertrucks in Florida, including both AWDs and Beasts with both gray and white interiors. Full price, immediate pickup in Miami Gardens or Tampa. Try zip code 33602. Don't know about other areas.

Seems like the inventory website should also be listing non-Foundation CTs, but maybe they want to clear out all of the remaining Foundation Series first.

Same exact 4 still available when I look, they would’ve been gone in an hour a few months ago. Not moving at all. Tomorrow makes a week they were online. I’m not sure why others don’t show, my local dealer has several Foundations and dozens of non-foundations for sale and none show on the website.

The four options that I see are all different: AWD/gray decor, AWD/white decor, CB/gray decor, and CB/white decor. It's not clear to me whether the inventory website is offering four individual Foundation Series Cybertrucks, or four configurations for Foundation Series Cybertrucks. If the latter is true, then there could be more than four available.

If there was a specific VIN attached to each option, then obviously it would be just one. But I don't see any VINs.

Great catch, they probably don’t want to show how many are actually available so they listed one of each. If that’s the case it’s very difficult to tell if they are selling. Time will tell.

While it's true that you can't tell how many of each configuration listed in any given location, the tell-tale is that they are only listing availability in one very small area of the Country (parts of Florida). All of the Cybertrucks recently listed in 98019 (Washington) are gone. Nothing left. And I can't find any that are not in Florida.

Tesla is still not listing any inventory of non-foundation Series.

As of right now (Wednesday morning 11/20), the inventory website is offering two options for Foundation Series CTs in Texas (AWD/White and CB/White), with pickup in San Antonio or League City (near Houston). Try zip code 78945.

No idea if this just happened, or how long they will be available.

You're right, those two in Texas just showed up out of thin air, both with white interiors. They are probably demo or display models. No Grey interior available at all. Still not available in 95% of the country, Tesla is just getting rid of the last ones they had sitting around. No discounts available on them either.

They most likely aren't demos, because Tesla normally reports the mileage and discounts the price on demo models. For example, this Model X Demo has 1,042 miles on the odometer and gets a "price adjustment" of $7,430 off from the list price of $83,490. I would expect the same for CT demos, but it's possible that CTs could be handled differently.

Valid point but as you said it is possible that the CT demand makes it to where they don’t need to discount because someone would be happy to get it tomorrow with a few K on it instead of waiting a few weeks

As of today, the Tesla inventory website offers Foundation Cybertrucks "for immediate pickup" at three locations in Florida: Miami Gardens, Tampa, and Tallahassee. As I understand it, "immediate pickup" means that the FS CTs are in stock right now. You could pick one up today.

The Tesla website also offers FS CTs at two locations in Texas: San Antonio and League City -- but the Texas options are currently "for faster pickup" (not "immediate pickup"). As I understand it, "faster pickup" means that the CTs aren't actually in stock yet, but are in transit to that location. So you can buy one today, but you can't actually pick it up today.

So maybe that's why the Texas options just showed up "out of thin air". Seems possible that FS CTs haven't been sitting around in San Antonio or League City; instead, someone recently made a decision to send them there.
