So I, like most if not all here was PUMPED to take delivery of my CT on 9 November.
Then, less than 48 hours later I began getting notifications that my AC charging was unavailable, thought that meant I could just rely on supercharging until getting it in to the shop… NOPE.
Both AC and DC charging were no-gos. Brought it into SC and without a service completion date, was given a MX loaner, and told they would fix it as soon as the part came in.
I was called back two days after dropping off to SC by the manager who said they would have the part and repair done between 18-20 Nov.
That window came and I had the feeling things weren’t going to be ready at that time. I reached out and was given a new window of “sometime end week or beggining of next week’ without explanation or acknowledging the prior promised day.
As a new member of the Tesla community, is this type of client service typical??
I still don’t understand how they can say they’ll have a part in shop one week and then say it will arrive a full week later…?
