Sleepy, distracted, under the influence... doesn't matter. Dude made a big mistake deciding to drive that evening. Thankfully he and everyone else involved survived; no one is facing manslaughter charges. Lucky.

I think it would have been a different story if he ran into not-a-Cybertruck. That Chevy would have done some serious damage to most other vehicles.

I like to think the CT's automated emergency braking would avoid this scenario, if a CT driver nodded off.

It will mitigate, not eliminate. FSD should, but it's not certified to do it yet (please don't sleep and drive!)
