It's here...? Do you mean when is it coming back in stock?

When the Cybertruck was announced in 2019, Elon also announced the Cyberquad ATV. You could simply drive your Cyberquad up the tailgate ramp of the Cybertruck and charge it in the bed, like in this video.

The "Cyberquad for Kids" was eventually released, although it is no longer available. However, the "real" Cyberquad (for adults) seems to have disappeared (along with the tailgate ramp).

Exactly; I remember it as an option for the Cybertruck. No one talks about it anymore…. Is it dead?

I kinda think its time has come and gone. When the CSPC recalled the kid size version, I think the writing was on the wall for it being in the bullseye of entities that wanted to scrutinize Tesla from every angle. Remember Autopilot was being investigated for incidents (remember Missy Cummings?) and FSD was and is under the microscope. Quads are inherently dangerous by nature. I think they re-evaluated and killed it quietly.

My guess is that it's dead. As far as I can tell, the last time Tesla mentioned the Cyberquad was more than 3 years ago, in October 2021:
“The ATV is an interesting design challenge because ATVs are pretty dangerous,” Musk said at the October 7 annual Tesla shareholder meeting. “We want to make an ATV that is the least dangerous.”
Maybe they decided that the potential liabilities just weren't worth it. Also, the production Cybertruck lost the built-in tailgate ramp, and somehow the Cyberquad just doesn't seem as cool if you can't ride it up the ramp into the bed.

The built-in tailgate ramp is gone, but Tesla still sells regular aluminum tailgate ramps for the Cybertruck, and they still mention the Cyberquad there, so maybe there is hope:
The lightweight ramp is easy to install and can be used individually to move hefty gear or in pairs to load four-wheel vehicles like Cyberquad.
For only $800/pair, you could be totally prepared in case Tesla does suddenly release the Cyberquad.

Cyberquad for Kids has restocked multiple times over the past few months. It was in stock this month at some point. I keep contemplating wasting my voucher on it every single time it restocks.

With nothing other then the trademark application to back it up I believe the The Cyberquad (for adults) project is certainly alive and well!

Here is the latest trademark application.

I expect it to launch sometime next year

Wow, I didn't realize that it was still available. It looks like they made the CPSC happy with a few changes, mostly warning stickers and seat modification.

The new Model 915 Cyberquad for Kids is a certified electric ride-on toy under ASTM F963 and meets U.S. Consumer Product Safety Standards for ride-on toys. Not approved or intended for use as a youth ATV.

CPSC Modifications to Model 915 from Model 914:

  • Age Range: 9-12 years
  • Tire pressure warning label added: Equipped with new ANSI Z535-formatted warning decal instructing owners to maintain a tire pressure of 20-30 psi
  • Product warning label revised: Equipped with a new ANSI Z535-formatted warning decal defining intended use as a youth ride-on toy only
  • Seat support spring removed
