Height settings memory for different locations

The height setting is set at medium at a certain location so that when I park the back end of the truck is tall enough to clear a small wall. However, when I exit I have my setting to automatically lower, which then causes the back of the truck to lower onto the wall. Is it possible to have the height setting for that location but also have that be a specific location that does not lower on exiting, but still exit lower at all other locations?

You should be able engage medium upon arrival by pushing the medium setting. I believe you need to change in Custom “higher” when you change the settings at that location.

Yep, to the best of my knowledge, selecting automatic entry mode over-rides all other suspension height settings.

I recommend just leaving the truck in the normal "low" mode to reduce suspension cycling and programming in a low seat height for entering and exiting to make it easy to get in and out. This way whenever you park your seat will lower to the lowest setting but the truck will not drop down onto the wall.

After you press park and the truck shows the pop up "lowering ride height for exit/entry" There is a "CANCEL" button you could press to stop the lowering. Obviously you would need to remember to do this each time at that location.

Is there a way to delete ALL the preset heights at once? I'm pretty sure I was messing around with it way too much at first and now, Fluffy is constantly raising and lowering around my work parking lot. Why isn't there a "just this one time" option?

Yep!

You can delete all the saved locations in the menu.

Settings > Service > Remove Saved Locations

I've done it a few times it's not a big deal. I also had the same exact experience as you. Happily raising and lowering the vehicle, only to be annoyed later on when it would do it automatically. Lol
