Do you have any method to change your bosses out if one is embezzling from a company or corporation?

Trust me, it sucks to have to bring suit. And it's nearly impossible to charge an executive with embezzlement unless their buddies want to. They can (and will) look the other way.

No, not just like the unions. The union members can oust their execs. You, as an exec, were the only one who could oust your partner. Everyone else at the company had to grit their teeth and hope you didn't just let him walk off with it.

Yet here you are, saying that 'the fact' that unions choose their execs by vote of members isn't a fact?

Seems like a backhanded way to say 'agree to disagree' and still win because your position is the one of nullification.
