Do these interfere with the jack points?
No. You can still jack it up with the running board installed. I think the 1st Gen boards interfered, but these boards do not.

I’ll add my 2 cents, but may not be directly applicable, although OP did ask the question about retractable running boards.
I have a 2019 Ram 1500 Limited with retractable running boards. They work great! …until they don’t.
I used them frequently, as the default height of the truck is higher than the Cybertruck in low or medium height. And, to boot, the Limited came with an adjustable air suspension, just like the Cybertruck, with the key difference in the ability to set a height and leave it at that set point. It always reverts to the Ram’s medium setting, which is higher than Entry, Low, and Medium on the Cybertruck.
The steps were very useful for entry/exit of the truck.
The problem is when they stopped working about a year or so ago, they were stuck in the deployed position, with an occasional retraction here and there. Now they’re just stuck all the way out. Talk about shin ninjas!
🥷
I didn’t bother having them repaired because it’s my back up vehicle and I don’t see the point in dumping money on something that will likely break again.
My point is, after that experience, I would never go retractable again. IF I were to purchase running boards, I would go stationary for sure. But as @Alpine said, I don’t think they are necessary on the CT.

Are those square tubing or angle iron? They have similar on Amazon but they don't look very strong https://a.co/d/0cVqMXyk
Nice. I don’t think they are as cool if you don’t have to wait two years and selll a kidney to get them.
Seriously though, UP stuff is usually pretty nice quality.

I like these
They also retain the ability to add shielding to the bottom of the truck. Granted, it can’t be Tesla’s pretty fairly priced terrestrial armor, it has to be UP’s product which is made of solid unobtainium, but you can add it.
if you take your cybertruck off-road, that matters.

In for Cybertruck.co boards/rocker. Had since they first came out. Full foot area, and can jack the truck anywhere along them. Very stout, and are easy on and off.

Got these off Amazon. WheelX

They might interfere with a lift, but they don't cover the jack points.
