Same here... opened a service ticket asking about the PCS and if we should be proactive and get that set up. They said there were no active recalls on that and they said they can't do it unless its failing.
UPDATE: they said they looked into the VIN and said mine was not one that ell into...
Threaten to cancel and check the net for deals. When you threaten to cancel, they send you to their loyalty group and will work like hell to get you to not cancel. This is an annual event for me... except this year. I got a $3/month deal for 3 years. Best deal I have ever gotten.
You just...
some explanation here... its a serious deal...

Glad its under warranty.
Yeah... tell that to all the people who got the T-Mobile "Price and promo for life guarantee" and got their rates raised.
and look what happened...

I would hopefully agree with...
My experience has been that certain round-a-bouts are trouble for FSD and I don't know why. We have one in my town where it gets it right about half the time and the other times it seems to stutter and get confused. I have finally just taken over when I drive that round-a-bout because its just...
Or... make your own for pennies on the dollar. It's 15% citric acid (you can buy it in bulk). Mix with water and a bit of dish soap or other surfactant and put in a spray bottle...
Cuba, NM please. It's pretty much the only stop from the 4 corners to Albuquerque and its a tough go unless you are at 100%. Last time, I ended at 4% from ABQ to Farmington ... 19 degrees. Usually I can make it all the way. It would be nice to be able to charge at a. mid point and not have...
Apologies. 2.2 miles per KWh. I put an update at the bottom of that post.
Numbers are correct and based on the 2.2 miles per kwh.
The most I would tow with my CT is my Kuat rack carrying a mountain bike. :ROFLMAO:
Use the right hammer for the right nail.
Interesting discussion. My math works as follows...
I am measuring this against a Ford F350 that takes diesel and gets 20 mpg on the high side. So I will use the 20 mpg as my personal standard.
My CT gets about 2.2 miles per Kwh.
So 20 miles per gallon / 2.2 miles per Kwh = 9.0909...
No offense... but...
"Or why you don't need a ceramic coat"...
It's stainless steel. This is not going to corrode rapidly and unless you are ceramic coating the interior of the panels, it makes zero sense because the mag chloride/salt will get on the interior side. Look at the gaps... that...
Those items though are all fixable by Tesla. My 11XXX vin had all the above performed as service issues.
100% on this. This would be my reason for a trade in at year 4. Mostly because I am 3.5 hours from the nearest TSC and the tow alone would be astronomical. My 2 years is up this May… so...
No… it looks like plastic. I was wrong. It’s crappy aluminum casting that breaks easily.
That said, you can get carbon fiber wheels which is another form of plastic (y)
I know that in Moab and Durango, there are signs that say "25" or "35" "within the town of XYZ unless otherwise stated". My CT seems to default to that and I assume that is what comes from the GIS data. However from the Tesla notes from 2020.40.3...
Spanish Valley drive in Moab between Resource Blvd and Falcon Ridge Rd.
Update: Sorry… above is one of 30mph signs. the 25mph in the pic is at Mill Creek Rd near Loveridge Dr… see below with the red circle.
Well, it does. It slows me to the lower version (UTV) rather than the upper version (standard).
Come out and give a visit and see for yourself. ;)
They also most certainly read speed signs.... they switch in construction zones, etc. Sometimes, they even ignore some of the standard signs...
