Update… Tesla did a deep dive on my CT and essentially said those are known software characteristics (bugs 😉) and is not indicative of any hardware failure or issues. They said you can mostly ignore many of those messages and only be concerned about active issues.

haha... I agree with this message! I did both... one of my properties is non-HOA.. that was key as I didn't need the headache. My other property is in a HOA... so I ran for the Board and became president. ;) The final potential option for the OP is that it is possible that his HOA has a bylaw...

There are several threads on this and I posted a long time ago how to fix it with some pressing of their clips and silicon spray. I did this 1.5 years ago and haven't had a single squeak in it since.

Yeah they won't touch mine until it evinces problems. Based on the VINs I'm very likely affected, but I only have 13K miles. I almost never use a DC charger so who knows when it may get tickled. Being 3.5 hours from a TSC, I would hope they would take care of me. I guess only time will tell...
