I thought about getting a spray in or drop in, but then I thought "It's a TRUCK" and whatever I would put in back there would get all scratched up anyway...
I figure that IF we ever decide to sell it, then we can get a spray-in right BEFORE we sell it so it looks all new... But for now... IT'S...
We were getting the same thing on our CT and it's got a Starlink Mini in it... So I thought maybe it was Starlink not working properly (it also said "Navigating without connectivity" even though it was connected).
So, I unplugged Starlink, it went to LTE (like it should) but still wouldn't work...
Hmmm... Well, twice now I have backed it in 'manually' to the driveway, but it still wants to pull in front first... I'll try it a couple more times, but it doesn't seem to matter from a driveway... At WORK when I back into a space (all the time) it DID pull up and back in, but that's in a...
Ours was too, but somewhere I read that if you change to 'sport' mode (in Dynamics) it quits hitting the line almost completely and only hits the reflectors every once in a while... But 'comfort' mode DOES hit them a LOT more for some reason...
FSD 14.1.7 - Is there a way to tell it to BACK IN to a driveway instead of going in head first? We have our charger outside the garage (or should I call it the 'storage space') and we normally 'back in' so the cable for the charger is closest to the garage (we use it to charge our CT and M-YLR...
That's good to know... Haven't used a SC since getting FSD 14 so it will be interesting... In the past month or so, on the trips we've been on, I have been parking at them myself...
I did notice that it is NOT 'riding the line' on the freeway anymore and that's a plus!
I have always had that problem... Seems it likes to 'hug' the left side of the parking space which means the cable from the SuperCharger is just a couple of inches short... I usually just 'repark' (if letting it park) and back up about 6 inches and it's fine... Or, if I am parking, when it shows...
Of course the first day I have FSD 14 installed and want to try out 'Mad Max' mode, it decides to RAIN ALL DAY?? Great... Don't think I want to 'test' it out in the rain... But at least the other features work...
I do miss being able to adjust speed quickly with the right scroll wheel though...
NOT a HUD, even though OP said so in the initial description.
Also, for the CT you don't need 'manual' vent controls, especially ones that would sit BEHIND the steering wheel...
I was hoping for an actual HUD, but this is not one.
Yeah, I figured that I would just plug it in 'outside' (maybe under the truck) and run a hose... Either that or make a 'frame' for one (wood) that goes across the back of the truck at the tailgate with the a/c installed so the back is pointed outwards...
I tried 'capturing' air from inside...
WOW, I didn't know they were that expensive!! Oh well, I guess if I really feel the need for air conditioning I can always buy a small air conditioner for about $250 or so and just plug it into the A/C outlet in the back...
yeah, I hit my head a few times... luckily no cut or bleeding though... But I don't see how they will prevent me from hitting it again! BUT they would certainly 'soften the blow'...
I doubt they were hiding in the bushes waiting for a CYBERTRUCK to come along to throw water at... I think they were hiding and waiting for ANY vehicle to come along... Who knows how many other cars/trucks got hit and many probably didn't even know it!
I had a similar thing happen on a highway...
I think they just want more 'exposure' to them because of all the 'bad press' (am I the only one that noticed that Reuters REALLY hates Tesla more than any other news?)...
They want people to experience riding in them, seeing them, maybe even punching them...
I mean model 3s, Ys are pretty...
Why not just buy yourself a small 'room' sized air conditioner, that way the 'cold' doesn't get heated up by moving from the car cabin all the way to the back of the truck... Some air conditioners you can even put OUTSIDE the truck and just put a big 'hose' (like a dryer uses) directly into the...
And why should we care about a specific number?
The only number I really care about is how many *I* own...
If you want to get into 'recall' numbers, then watch out... Because that Ram 2500 has 13 PAGES of recalls (depending on year of course) with fun things like "Talegate may open...
Okay, here's how it works...
If you drove your CT in a REASONABLE manner (chill mode) AND have it set to LOW or MEDIUM height AND you're not carrying any load other than yourself AND your driving is UNDER 70 on the highways AND 60% or more of your driving is "in town" and 40% or less "highway"...
