I've tried with both the app on the screen, and playback from my iPhone and nada.
I've gone back to YouTube Music via YT premium.
The hardware is there but I bet it's a licensing issue for Tesla. If they won't license the 360 cam they're probably not gonna license Atmos.
I feel like there’s some kind equal loudness processing going on where bass is increased when volume is low to compensate for the fletcher munson curve. I love it. Some may not and may think the system has too much bass.
Music is so subjective. That’s why we have access to EQ curve. I leave...
Delivering simulated road feeling? Or improving upon what is already existing? I interpreted the latter from the following:
"more realistic feedback, adapting to different road surfaces for a better driving experience"
Definitely not in my head. I feel cracks and texture changes in the road surface more than I'd like to most times. I've put my hand on the dashboard to make sure Its not just translating thru the chassis. Maybe you have driven a different revision of the system? My vin is close to 30k.
I have driven 3 as well, two AWD's and my Beast. All 3 have shown way more road feedback than my F-150 in my experience. Crazy how different our experiences are.
It's absolutely crazy how much road feel you have with the SBW road feedback mechanism. You feel every crack in the road, and every change in texture. It's some crazy voodoo and amazing for sporty, spirited driving.
However, I'd love the ability to tune out the road feel at times. On long...
I received my first thumbs down this weekend from the driver and passenger of a passing vehicle.
I still haven't experienced any drivers expressing themselves thru reckless endangerment yet, but I do have a 1000mi road trip coming up this week...
Also agreed. I would take refinements in areas with room for improvement over even more insane acceleration, which at this point, is perfectly insane ?
I think to make it quicker would require grippier tires. It feels like tire-slip is the only thing holding it back. That and possibly torque at higher RPM.
Totally unnecessary in my opinion though. The thing is PLENTY quick.
Would rather have a bit more range TBH.
I got a green wrapped CT loaner this week for 24h while getting a light bar and winter tire package installed. The SC said they have 2 CT loaners.
It was a very early vin and only had 7k on the odometer but was very old for its age.
It had a pronounced low frequency drone at speeds above...
Can confirm this totally fixed my vibration as well at various speeds. I'm glad I had them fix it before they installed the winter tire package because the new tires are way louder and would have made it very difficult to single out the specific noise/vibration that was coming from the drive unit.
