For anyone else who had to Google it, the cybertunnel is a tunnel that has been bored under a busy highway to bring finished vehicles from the factory to a parking lot on the other side for storage.
It has been referred to as a "birthing tunnel".
If anyone wants to test this as an attempt to revert to the old horn, I would be curious to know exactly what does or doesn't happen:

Mine whines loudly too. Itās fun during acceleration but I tire of it quickly on the highway. I asked the service center about it, and after a ride along, the tech said it was louder than other trucks but seemed relatively normal.
