I have the exact same issue when replacing windshield at Rocklin, CA. Also, the camera alignment issue happened after the work. Definitely not recommend Rocklin, CA for CT service. My CT now has very bad wind noise due to their bad work.

If your car is quiet, i don’t recommend trying to fix those seals. I just have my windshield replaced and it has a lot of wind noise now. Brought to SC but they just try to add some foams and it doesn’t fix the issue. Looks like Tesla technicians don’t know how to install windshield correctly.

You need to choose 3D print and select metal material, no need to convert to step unless you do CNC.

I had the same message. Did camera calibration twice, but eventually it would come back. So Tesla manually did camera calibration and it fixed the issue.

Okie, i had same symptom when leave the mount in cabin for a while in hot temperature. Switched to PA6-CF fixed the issue. I think ASA filament may work.

Mine still works fine so i don’t think the bend is not strong enough. From your pic, looks like your layers don’t have good adhesion. Is it pa6-cf filament? Did you dry the filament before printing and anneal after that?

Actually, you don't need to buy it from Bambu store, just buy from Amazon(Polymaker makes good one) and select Bambu lab PAHT-CF profile. It works very well for me, just make sure dry filament before printing.
