Bottom Line is for me Tesla is the easiest car to Purchase and take delivery than any other car. It took me 5 minutes to get approved for financing and 5 minutes to get my car at Service center. Nothing compares it's the best ever.

I partially agree like I said there are two extremes when I was there when one potential customer was looking for help and asked for help and all they did is point to a car outside and just kept on talking to each other. so, i walked over and told them to go out and help answer his questions.

There are two extremes at a traditional Car dealership you feel like you're being attacked and at Tesla you are being totally. It's is ok if you have experience buying a Tesla but new car buyers need assistance. For me it's Great been buying them now for 9 years.

Last week when I was at Tesla, I found myself walking over and talking to Potential new car buyers because they were being ignored by Tesla staff. After that I went to one of the Tesla Staff and told them they need to correct that.

As far as Service Center experience, I have had no issues, Things have changed since I bought my first Tesla in 2016 but overall, I have no complaints.
