2025 Tesla Cybertruck still has QC Issues - Delivery Day & 1st Service Experience

That was just in the interim while Tesla got the regulatory approval for the new horn. They had no choice but to sell with traditional horn hardware in the beginning. Since approval, they deleted the standard horn/hardware and all trucks since then have sold only with the new sound. Theyre not...

Charging a little bit of a time every day?

When I need charging to finish by a certain time, but need it to be charging the entire time (as to meet the rules you stated), I turn down the amps to a point that the time frame needed to finish charging meets up with the timeframe I need to depart. That way I’m charging the entire time, and...

Cybertruck, I can’t unsee this! [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS; MEMBERS BANNED]

Agree with this. Both home and autos for a couple of reasons. Without going into more detail there, the wife and I decided the best way to show our “feelings and opinions” on the current climate was to put a 1”x 2” Ukraine flag decal on each of our three Teslas. Both sides have their feelings on...

What Did You Name / Nickname Your Cybertruck?

My 5 year old named it CyberButt on delivery day last May. Wife rolled her eyes. It was then I knew that it was meant to be. Almost a year later and I still chuckle every time.

    Rhino liner in Cybertruck bed?

this was posted early last year. Looks like clean quality work. I will say that after 9 months of pretty extensive use of my bed with stuff like cinder, rocks, and other heavy and sharp abrasives, it’s really not necessary and the composite bed holds up perfect for me weekend use case. That...

How much is a new front display screen replacement?

It really looks like only the screen protector broke. They break much easier than the main screen. From a few of the model 3 screen breaks I’ve seen, it instantly affects the entire display and doesn’t remain in perfect working order. Take off the protector. You’ve got nothing to lose! I’m...

    iOS App Door Buttons Disappearing

Yeah, I just realized I’m wrong too. I’ve sitting upstairs and my vehicle is in the garage and the arrow buttons are showing on my app. As long as the app says “phone key connected” should be the functionality. I’ll edit my original post

    iOS App Door Buttons Disappearing

You have to be within “phone key connected” Bluetooth of the vehicle. If you’re close enough for the phone proximity to allow you to open the door with the vehicle push button, then you’re close enough for these app buttons to appear.

Please Help - Front Suspention Noise (Service center won't help) ( SOLVED New Half Shaft )

I believe you are describing something completely different, and not abnormal. I’m pasting something below that I replied with in another thread a few weeks ago: This is only felt if the batteries are cold and regen is limited while slowing to a stop with cold brakes, generally first thing in...

Please Help - Front Suspention Noise (Service center won't help) ( SOLVED New Half Shaft )

Exact same for me too. First time was two days ago. Going downhill, half left leaving a parking lot at low speed. I was able to replicate it. Glad I found this thread as I have something to help the SC with.

Does your truck make this noise?

Well I responded earlier saying mine doesn’t. Then yesterday morning slowing down leaving a downhill parking lot into the street at full left lock, it did it. I was able to replicate as well. Only at full left hard over, and slowing down. Was in medium suspension height.

2024.45.25.12 (FSD v13.2.4) Lane Centering Horrible

Same here. I have had to stop using it because of this.

Does your truck make this noise?

Sounds like an amplified version of the creaking sound the air suspension makes when lowering, but that’s usually when sitting still. There is a sound clip attached to the “normal sounds” page of the owners manual. That’s extremely loud and mine certainly doesn’t do that when moving at any time.

    Door Remote Open

It was introduced a few years back on the 3/Y for weather situations. There were reports of freezing rain freezing the door handles in place, not allowing entry. I believe it’s only avail on the driver door on those vehicles. I have to assume that this is for the same purpose. I know the...

    Grinding Noise at 40-60 MPH?

Temps have been in the mid to high 50s here for the last few days. I have preconditioned the batteries for 5-10 minutes before my first few drives of the day. I haven’t seen the snowflake in that time. I also haven’t heard this noise for a few days either. I appreciate you taking the time to...

Key card usage with side pillar

Many people also work in secure areas that prohibit transmitting personal electronics of any kind. Not even personal drop boxes, but must be left in the vehicle. I (and many other Tesla owners) have to turn off Bluetooth and lock both my phone and watch in my car everyday with the keycard. The...

3 Most Used and Underused Mods on your Cybertruck?

I want to make sure to credit the creator. Here is the thread. 1st post has the link. It’s a free download. I printed 6 or 8 and they work great. Very secure, once in. In the cold Midwest here, I did snap one by overloading it, but it was my fault...

    Grinding Noise at 40-60 MPH?

Yep, that’s the noise I also spoke about in the other thread. You nailed the noise description. Almost like a bad bearing fluttering in the wind, at about 40-55/60. I’ve had my truck since may. Just noticed it a week or so after the temps started to turn cold enough to have the snowflake daily...

    Bed Cover Seals --

Mine looks just like yours. Same gap and have never been seals/sealed since new. 9k vin. Early summer, I remember a similar post and many also agreed that they can see below the rear 2/3 of the bed floor panel.
