Is there any reason why the rear driver side mounting points should be missing? I did get the recall done for the trim replacement. Are the bolts readily removable and not more securely attached to the frame? Just discovered this getting ready to install the Urander rack.

Does the wheel cover still scratch the wheel when installed? Are there any products that might help protect it like a rubber pad for the clips etc?
