~4000 of the miles are highway driving between 60-80 mph. The rest is driving around town which is closer to 330-340 Wh/mi. I love this freaking truck.
I’m not the OP, but my lifetime @ 5k miles is 390 kW/mi. About 4k of those miles are highway 85-60 mph. My 24 mi round trip to work and back is 310 kW/mi. That’s about 390 miles per charge when driving that 24 miles (combination of highway@75 mph and surface streets). Now that my roadtrips are...
I'd be interested in giving these a test run and an honest review. We would use the bags for grocery store runs, ski trips to the mountains, and longer road trips (typically CO-TX). I have a Cybertruck AWD and drive it every day.
Thank you for this. I had no idea about the innovative truck credit. Given that the Cybertruck has a GVWR greater than 8500 lbs, I think I'm good to go. This piece also seems key:
" A credit is allowed only for trucks that are either titled in Colorado and registered by the purchaser or lessee...
Ah. That means A) you haven’t checked out yet or B) they changed the terms.
It was previously the case that the voucher was only good for one checkout, regardless of how much you spent. If they changed it…then I should have read further. :-D
I disagree. I have multiple wireless chargers that work great and the one in the truck is clearly not designed well for certain size/brand of phone. I love my truck but the charger is useless in my situation (iPhone 15 pro).
Congratulations! I bet you love it.
I suggest you check the gaskets between the slats on the tonneau cover to make sure they are all seated properly. Open and close it a few times to verify. Also check alignment on the trunk and tailgate.
My truck has been great so far with no squeaks or...
This is the most techno-redneck thing I’ve seen in my life and I am amazed by how good it looks. The way the light reflects off the truck makes it look like a very cozy carnival. Thank you for posting this.
I’ll play.
1) functional wireless phone charger
2) 110v in the frunk
3) grab handles
4) insulated smugglers bin
5) don’t need pass through window, but do need climate controlled truck bed
I just took the family to Yellowstone last week. The truck was great. We took a microwave and plug in...
I’ve used an extension cord with multiple sockets on it but not with a power strip. Anyway, it worked like a charm at powering the phone charger and griddle at the same time. We are going to take a microwave camping with us this upcoming weekend because it is hilarious.
I bought it primarily because I support a company that innovates in a space that has largely been dead to innovation for years. After getting my AWD CT I realized the truck is so much more than I thought it would be. I’m impressed and very happy about my purchase.
You might not be stupid. I had ordered the core wheels and got as VIN within a week. On delivery day, without notification, my configuration was changed in the Tesla app from core to AT wheels/tires. So, when the truck came out of prep I was surprised. I took delivery anyway because the AT tires...
@lakewood305 Is this post sarcasm? I’m seriously asking because it is almost impossible to be buying a foundation series and not know about the things missing at delivery.
I had my payment type (cash, loan, lease) picked before being assigned a delivery date. I chose cash. I’m not sure if this impacted my delivery date or not. However, what I think you are really asking is if I put in my payment details (plaid, cashier’s check, etc) before receiving a date or not...
I just took delivery of my AWD last night in Denver (Aurora). I ordered the core wheels/tires to get the extra mileage. I was surprised when I placed the order on June 11th that they allowed me to choose the core wheels and it still kept my expected delivery of June-August. I got the...
