I beleive so. Only issue would be if a nail punctured it. But that would not happen anywhere near as easy as a normal air mattress. It's closer to paddle board material.

Air only. But it's made of a really thick vinyl material so feels more solid than typical air only mattress.

What are the inside dimensions of that tent?
