At the risk of sounding douchy, that assumes one qualifies for the incentive personally, in addition to the vehicle making the cut. Relly should read the paperwork they give you to sign when you drop 100K+ on something. We all signed an acknowledgement specifically about this. This on top of it just generally being well known FSD was not coming with delivery.
