I use FSD almost all the time and had a similar experience. In my case I let my CT navigate by itself out of our driveway. In order to do so it had to find its way past a model 3 that was parked a little bit crooked and with little room to drive past it. I am not quite sure what part of my CT...
I have been driving a CT now for almost a year and am towing a 30' Airstream. To increase sales, 2 things is all that will be required: Increase range and lower price.
We have done several trips this summer towing a 30' Airstream. Fresh water tank filled up with 50 gallon of water, 4 adults and a toddler in the CT, all the gear required for a couple of days boon docking. Energy consumption has been consistently under 800 Wh/mile (500 Wh/km).
I've had my CT since November 2024. In recent months the negative reactions have completely disappeared. I am in Canada, where for a few months earlier this year there were occasionally some negative reactions. Even during the period where occasionally I had some negative reactions, once parked...
Yes. That is happening with my CT as well. Interesting side note is that my old Tesla charger failed shortly after I had started to charge my CT. Charger was just out of warranty and according to Tesla could not be repaired. With the new charger I now regularly get a message that the CT stopped...
Yep...Happened to me as well...In my case a 4-way stop intersection...Completely destroyed my claim (to my wife) that FSD is safer than driving without FSD engaged.
100% Yes. I had been driving an S85D since November 2015. That car is still in the family, with 370,000 km and many more to go. The CT which cost about as much as the model S from 10 years ago is so more value for the money.
I did indeed have free, unlimited supercharging on the 2015 MS. When looking at charging stats, roughly 15% of charging was done at Tesla superchargers. 85% of charging happened at home, overnight, during off peak hours. Only on the occasional longer trip (>300 km) is when I would have to charge...
I bought a model S85D in 2015 and drove it for 9 years and 360,000 km. Was the best car I ever owned. Typically I would trade in my cars after 2-3 years. Model S was so good I just kept driving it. I now have a Cybertruck (since November) and that is on a whole new level of design and...
Awesome information and happy to see that more people are doing this. I bought a 30' Airstream and had been waiting for two years for my cybertruck to show up (arrived in November). End of March I will finally hook the Airstream to the CT and go on the first trips. I did not yet order the...
Same here. Definitely doesn't work after adding the new metal key card. I don't remember if the original key cards ever worked as I have been using my phone from the moment I got the CT.
In my case key cards do not work on both 13.2.4.2 nor on 13.2.4.5. Just discovered that key cards don't work to lock/unlock CT as I have been using my phone since I had received the car.
