@ElecFresh Chris - are you all still working on these? I've been watching the Amazon store and have not seen them pop up yet. Assuming manufacturing ramp would take some time, but do you have an ETA? Thx!
There are several ways to look at this. You could move the charging circuits into a sub panel thatās not backed up, but this then requires a split prior to the gateway which could be expensive.
However I think there may be a better way. The PowerShare gateway is essentially a sub panel itself...
Yes!!! Would have ordered the truck with white if they offered it. These are great.
One question, do the wrinkles tend to come out over time? Somewhat less noticeable on the black ones. Headrests look to have the most.
A recent one for me was and older gentleman stopped me in a parking lot as I was getting in and said āwhat is that, is it from China?ā I said itās a Tesla Cybertruck and itās made completely in Texas here in the US. His reaction was just disbelief that it even existed. Pure gold.
Another older...
SBW is a game changer on vehicle agility vs driver input effort. I absolutely have a tough time going back to other non-CT vehicles. I feel like a worse driver in that the effort required is so much more and I consistently underestimate how much turning is required for a while when going back...
Does anyone know the differences in the various software versions and how they are slotted for distribution? Not necessarily the specific features, but the assignment of version to vehicles.
My understanding is the second part 2024.XX relates to the week number the development started for that...
it seems like the perfect match for SBW, though they probably could have gotten away with a yoke given the minimal amount of rotation needed.
I thought it might be too small before getting the truck. I like having my arms rest and driving with the bottom, but do use the top at times. The form...
Same experience with VIN 9xxx, mine has not worked at all. Went back and forth with Tesla for several weeks waiting for them to get the part and now have a service appointment on 24th. They never said specifically, but assuming they are replacing the motor. All I told them was it was not working...
ā¦and PowerShare is active!! We are away and the truck is plugged in at the house. Just got a notification in the app to explore PowerShare. It is then on by default. So, Tesla is just going through the list it seems. But, not sure what is driving the order.
Still waitingā¦.
I canāt determine if maybe I donāt have something setup correctly. Both the Gateway and Universal Wall Connector show up in My Home, both are on WiFi, however the Gateway version is not showing. Iāve tried to re-add both and they just say already registered in the location...
Awesome!
Looks like the background graphic on the CT screen changes when PowerShare is active? (Top picture).
Does your My Home screen look like this and are those the only two pages? I keep wondering if I should be seeing the universal wall connector or gateway on another screen. The only...
Iām having the same issue. Iāve seen others with the option, but itās not available for me. I chatted with Tesla and their official line is that PowerShare has not been released. They said June, which is what I think has been the indication for a while.
I feel the same way. Super glad I have it and itās been amazing, but dodging downpours is not fun and the level of service from Tesla is not nearly what I am used to from BMW over the past 15 years.
Hope the surgery goes well, thatās surely not great and will take some rehab.
Thanks for this, was super easy to remove that panel. Unplugged and re-plugged last night with fingers crossed. Unfortunately, no deal - still does not show even the slightest sense of working.
