Overall slightly darker but not dramatic. I noticed that a panel I applied on a different day is slightly more shiny because I didn't let it cure as much before buffing. I had tried the everbrite without success (it's nearly impossible to get an even good looking coat). I did mine piecemeal...
A few weeks ago, Tesla sent someone to make what was described as a firmware update to my gateway. He didn't know about bypass switch installation or approval. I fail to understand how this setup is fundamentally different than a powerwall with whole house backup. I'm annoyed with PGE and...
I used UndrDog with success. Don't have to worry about tears if you drag your truck through the bushes and keeps bird poop from etching
https://getundrdog.com/products/undrdog-cybertruck-coating?variant=43565865926846
After cleaning it you might consider applying something like UndrDog Pro coating, has this will prevent the etching from bird poop and bonding of the steel particles people call rail dust.
Pressing accelerator helps, as does manually indicating a lane change request when it won't pass. Seems like a bug, but these workarounds make it tolerable until they fix.
I was frustrated with the slow highway speed, but relieved at least after giving it the accelerator "encouragement" to speed up to setpoint it seems to maintain, at least for awhile.
I saved over $900/yr switching back to my old insurance company. The shine has definitely gone from Tesla insurance. I can't understand Tesla here, they said they established it to foment Tesla growth based on affordable insurance. Exactly the opposite is happening now.
A lot of people including myself have had issues with this design. It's a poor design with respect to tolerances of the bed flatness versus the L track. I made mine work by filing down the top of the plastic cleats which seat in the l track. Prior to that I had to kick it down with substantial...
What worked for me with this very poor design was to file the top of the plastic cleats down a bit so it seats in the l track. The truck bed is never going to be level and there isn't enough tolerance in this design without adjusting the cleat.
I had a family friend crushed to death using a wooden contraption as a jack stand. Strongly suggest people use legit metal jack stands like these.

No, the bed divider
https://www.evbase.com/collections/cybertrunk/products/tesla-cybertruck-vault-cargo-divider-molle-system-rack-trunk-bed-divider?variant=45974836478195
The cargo divider appears to be identical to what Tesla offers, which suffers from a fundamental design flaw. There is no Gap to the bottom of the divider and the truck bed floor. These floors are not level or precise making installation of this design sometimes difficult or impossible because...
Fwiw, I bought these and I think it makes the wheels look "finished" and better than the Tesla covers. The lug caps don't come off, though they seem loose fitting. I don't want to have to take my wheel covers off every time I go in the dirt anyway. Only $50...
Invisible Glass 95164 Reach and... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YP6VH9V?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
This is a good reach tool for cleaning the inside of the windshield. I have found that a dry microfiber pad/towel, a dry scratchy paper towel like we used to have from the dispensers in school...
Plug share app is very useful to see all the options around you. I always recommend people get all the plug adapters for the mobile charger so you can plug into any dryer plug or air conditioning plug in a rental or perhaps a neighbor would agree to let you charge and Park this way if you...
There's a good chance you will have trouble locking it in the L track if you get one. The simplest fix is to file down the top of the plastic cleat, keeping the same rounded shape, until it fits without too much force. Poor design wrt bed flatness and tolerance.
As the simplest workaround for this issue, I filed the top of the rubber pads that seat in the L track. No one's truck bed is flat and level and this is a terrible design for tolerance issues.
BTW mine still says "pay as you go" under specs and warranty as well but if they charge me I will just have them reverse the charges. I don't see any reason to wait.
